Important Announcement - Company Changes
The directors of Dr Alan Waring & Associates Ltd (AWA) are pleased to announce that as from 1 May 2004 our risk management consultancy will be operating under a new arrangement that reflects both our increasing international operations and the need for financial efficiency. AWA’s clients include some of the largest and most prestigious in their sectors and assignments have been undertaken in the Middle East, Balkans, Far East, South East Asia and Australia as well as extensively in the UK.
The business will now be based in Cyprus trading as Dr Alan Waring & Associates, a division of Alan Waring & Associates Ltd registered in Cyprus, registered number 147494. Although the UK company will cease to trade from the effective date, the expanding UK and international client base will continue to be serviced with the same high level of quality and efficiency as before.
